THE WORST OUT OF ALL PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY AT ALL! Why? Because the said to my son that he has cavities and they wanted to paste something to fix it. I went to 3 other pediatric dentists and they all say that he doesn’t have cavities. Such a big lie to me and such a bad service!! I recommend to not go there!!!!! Go to Milestones Kids Dentistry or another one with a good service!!!! They are sometimes interested to win money for there job!

Gee, the reviews are soooo bad I’m NOT taking my grandson there. The heck with his insurance I’ll pay for his dental work and take him somewhere, where they are trained to handle children.

I hate this place because of the way I was treated, because of the comments made by the girl who served me, judging without knowing, I even heard her say that she didn’t like people like that, Just because I made an inquiry to get information about my insurance. He said: if he has to pay, he should pay! I will gladly pay for my son’s health to anyone except them for their treatment of her, people like that should not deal with the public. I left without taking care of the child with the pain in my soul because I don’t like being treated badly. He no longer gave me confidence because of his aptitude. Since I arrived and he gave me the documents to fill out he told me: a! You are the one who called the insurance! I didn’t like that anymore. Too bad I didn’t ask his name to put it in too. Believe me, I don’t like this and I’m not a problematic person, but it bothered me so much that I did it publicly.

I did my best and gave this dentist office three attempts to improve my impression of them (three visits, two children). I’ve been extremely unimpressed with the service of the staff. They are not equipped or trained to handle children who are understandably scared about their first ever dentist appointments, and unprofessional in the way they operate. Once left my one year old waiting with the X-ray film in her mouth while they had a lengthy conversation with another assistant, and another time was completely rude with me as I tried to understand their policies and convey how they had been explained to me. She cut me off and would not let me finish a sentence. I am a polite and patient person, I will not stand for attitude, especially as unjustified as what I experienced. I cannot wait to go to any other pediatric dentist.
