Broadway Dental

This was the worst experience I have ever had. First the "dentist" did not numb me before jabbing me 4 times to the bone. Then instead of pulling the tooth, he pounded on the tooth and sent chunks of tooth into my throat. I will not ever go to this so called dentist again EVER!

Long post - OMG WHAT AN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- been going to this place for 4 year and never expected such DISCRIMINATION.my appt was today at 10 for a deep cleaning arrive 15 mins late after notifying the office that I was running late and was giving the ok and that it was fine to still come. When I arrive my hygienist was in the receptionist area having a personal conversation. No problem. Bobby Jo the hygienist came and got me and we began to talk about today’s service. She took a picture again of my tooth without putting a protective sleeve on the camera which I had a question about. She stated they only clean it with a Clorox wipe. At that moment I was hesitant. Then Bobby Jo pulled up someone else records and began discussing them as they belong to me. I immediately advised her that was not me . She insisted she needed to pull up my records but continued to make all of these assumptions as if she remembered our visit from FEB. I then asked for a second opinion from the doctor to ensure the proper service was getting done. Bobby Jo moved me to another area and went to speak with the doctor . The doctor came to take a look and went back to speak Bobby . Dr. Dohsi began to tell me I needed to look for another dental office because Bobby Jo was uncomfortable. I was so confused. If anything I was uncomfortable, because I have someone reporting someone else charts to me, no sleeve on the camera and no accurate information given. Dr . Doshi never apologize for the confusion, and after a 15 minute conversation of me explaining the several issues he then stated he was able to service me. I left which was best , at this point I was uncomfortable. Advocating for myself was not allowed and was told that it was taking too much time. If you don’t advocate for yourself who well.

I had a lot of dental work done at Broadway Dental last year. I called today to make an appointment for my husband as a new patient and was advised they no longer take our insurance plan. I was surprised and inquired about my upcoming dental cleaning that was scheduled back in November for February 7th. I was told it would cost me $225.00 out of pocket. Was your office going to wait until the day of my appointment to let me know? Very disappointed today because I really thought I had found a forever dentist office.

My own experience with broadway dental. I’ve been going there for many years now, Along that journey they have been different dentist. But all good. The staff is amazing they answer all my questions even if they silly once. So if I have to summer it in one word it would be amazing. Thank you Broadway Dental, for all you do keep up the great work. 👍

The entire staff was very courteous towards me. They allowed me to get services performed the very same day as my exam. The service that I received made me feel more confident about my appearance(smile). The facility was very clean. I would recommend anyone who’s seeking dental care to this establishment. They also gave me payment options that are affordable to me.
