This office and Orthodontist are very messed up. My 2 children had traditional braces and as an adult I attempted to straighten a tooth on my bottom row that was moving because my lower jaw was crowding again as I had braces as a teenager. He felt I could do plastic aligners to fix the issue. The trays broke every time. Teeth were shifting but not all because trays kept breaking. Asked for traditional braces for a year as 2 other Orthodontist said it looks like TMJ. Now 3 plus years later after complained they dismissed me and gave me a RETAINER, 2 by the way because they BREAK and I cant wear, they are hard plastic. I have told office staff many times and even with held payments to get some action. Dismiss a patient with over 5000 dollars in payments is their answer. Its in my head and teeth look good is the answer. This is crazy as I have to find a special doctor to fix the problems I came in for and get another retainer because teeth are shifting due to spaces they left with aligners.

Both of my kids were treated by the office in South Tampa. Treatment went smooth and the staff was easy to work with. No complaints. Their teeth look amazing! Would absolutely recommend!

Very friendly staff and very informational, they take the time to explain the whole process to you step by step so you know exactly what all having braces put on entails exactly & makes sure you understand it all & encourages questions if you donāt understand. (Even if your ? Pops in your head after you have left their office already) The very best part of the whole experience is that they are true to what they advertise as far as the payment process! THEY ALSO OFFER MONEY OFF TOWARDS YOUR TOTAL FOR EVERY NON FAMILY RELATED PERSON YOU REFER TO THEM, & AFTER TOTAL IS PAID OFF THEY WILL SEND YOU A GIFT CARD FOR EVERY REFERRAL, HOW COOL IS THAT! SO DONāT HESITATE ON COMING IN TO GET THE MUCH DESERVED TREATMENT YOU AND YOUR LOVE ONES DESERVE, CAUSE YOU ARE IN GREAT HANDS HERE!
