Similar to another reviewer, my family has been happily seeing Dr. Hsiung for decades. However, the new dentist there is nothing like Dr. Hsiung. My 67 year old mother went for a regular cleaning and left in tears. He took x-rays, told my mom everything that was wrong with her, and refused to clean her teeth. Then mentioned something about getting sued. After all that, he charged her $250. My mom is the sweetest and did not deserve to be treated like this. There’s dentists all over - absolutely no reason to go to him.

I personally HATE the dentist. I would rather eat sushi with only one chop stick while listening to Ross Geller lecture on the Paleozoic era on Pandora, but with a commercial break every 4 minutes. That said for the first time in 26 years of existence I have found a dentist who makes you feel both comfortable and confident in the procedure he is about to perform. Highly recommend.

NOTICE: Dr Hsiung has sold his practice to a new Dentist because he is stepping down. He is a fine and upstanding person. However, the new Dentist is the equivalent of an ambulance chaser. My family has trusted Dr Hsiung for 20 years. This new, wet behind the ears, self righteous, pompous, smug Dentist should be on a used car lot. Go at your own risk and get ready for a sales pitch patterned after a Orlando time share deal. Get your check book out first because you’re going to pay for the show. Wife paid $75.00 for nothing. Was denied a cleaning. Total scam.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Hsuing for nearly 3 decades. The staff is great and Dr. Hsuing is a kind and caring man that has always been able to resolve our dental issues. We will never consider going anywhere else!

Looked up dentist near me to get my first cleaning of the year. Carrollwood General Dentistry was the closest to where I live so I took a chance at it. Extremely nice staff and very in depth and informal about your mouth with a very comfortable atmosphere/dental work. Will keep going and advise anyone to go there as well!!
