Dr. Ricalde is truly exceptional as an oral surgeon. I’m at a loss for words to express just how compassionate she and her team are. My daughter struggles immensely with anxiety, but Dr. Ricalde’s team made her feel like part of their family. Dr. Ricalde herself possesses impeccable bedside manners, patiently addressing every question and concern I had. When I initially scheduled my daughter for wisdom tooth extraction, the team went above and beyond to assist me in scheduling promptly. Jay, the office manager, was incredibly accommodating, facilitating my daughter’s urgent procedure due to an emergency. With my daughter visiting from college, they expedited the process so she could make the most of her summer. Despite the complexity of the surgery, which other oral surgeons were hesitant to tackle, Dr. Ricalde fearlessly accepted the challenge and succeeded admirably. I’m immensely grateful to Dr. Ricalde, Jay, and the entire team for their exceptional care and professionalism throughout.

My daughter was diagnosed with a mass just before christmas 2023. It was located in her upper jaw above tooth 5&6. Our dentist found it on a routine pan xray. He gave us a referral for this off. Dr Pat R. The entire experience from the office visit to surgery to post op visit was just as smooth as it could be. We had her surgery at All Childrens and also experienced a flawless surgery experience. Our daughter was well cared for by everyone we met along the way. If the services of this surgeon was ever needed again i would not hesitate to reach back out.

Dr. Ricalde was great with our daughter! She made my husband and I feel comfortable with the procedure and helped to keep our baby as calm as possible.

We have been extremely happy with the care my daughter has received from Dr. Ricalde and staff. We’ve been under her care for 2 years now with an initial surgery and now twice a year re-checks/CT’s. We’ve had nothing but pleasant interactions with the front office staff. I’m very comfortable with Dr. Ricalde’s expertise in treating my daughter’s condition. She is also easy to talk to about concerns and worries.

Two stars because the nurse was nice and obviously the doctors are intelligent. However, imagine a doctor coming to meet your son for the 1st time and fear bombing you off the rip that he needs a CT scan. Causing me, his mother into tears, and then following up with “oh but I think he’s ok” a week before Christmas. Got that image? Ok. Then she proceeded to tell me that if the CT scan came back OK, (which the people at the hospital told me she had the results within 24 hours) and she was able to review the images that she would get back to me as soon as the scan was done, which never happened. I was scared, sad, depressed, unable to sleep for weeks, calling her office, asking her to please tell me that my son was OK, where she didn’t. In fact, she ignored me along with all of her employees up until the day of his recheck over a month later. Not to mention the best part them knowing that I was going directly to schedule CT scan and they didn’t send my records to my insurance company immediately causing my first scheduled CT scan to get canceled along with the second CT scan to get canceled because then her notes weren’t good enough for the insurance to approve the scan. Front desk staff is rude, and Dr. Pat Ricalde is heartless. I literally went all the way back to their office over an hour and a half away for them to tell me that my son scans were fine and recheck in five years. Which I never ever will go back to this establishment for a recheck. And on top of it after all that they know that they put my son and I threw they made me wait over an hour and a half when I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. Don’t go to this establishment they don’t care about your feelings your child all they care about is money. And A simple apology would’ve made me refrain from leaving this review altogether, but not one employee ever apologized for the hell they put me and my son through. That’s all. Don’t go here.
