Awful!! My husband called to make an emergency appointment for a chipped crown because we’re leaving the country. Waited 45 minutes to be called back. In total it took them two hours to take an xray to confirm and they didn’t do anything. Now we have to fly out and his jaw is swelling from the pain. Don’t waste your time here!!!

Showed up for my kids appointment and there is a sign on the door stating to call if you have an appointment. Door is locked. Past their opening time, i call no one answers. I step on a huge nail OUTSIDE THE FACILITIES DOOR! They still dont answer phone. Lucky im a gown person that stepped on it instead of my 6 year old. Careless!!!

Receptionist made appointments at times they clearly didn’t have the availability. She initially tried to make 2 appointments ( for myself and my husband) a 2:00. I told her to separate them 2:00 and 3:00. I sat in the waiting room from 2:08 until 2:55 pm. When I finally saw the dentist she wouldn’t allow me o get my teeth cleaned. She said they need a deep cleaning ( of course something that insurance doesn’t cover)! I just had my teeth cleaned August 25th no way they are so bad now that I can’t get them cleaned. You couldn’t pay me to return. I was there over 2 hours and got nothing accomplished! RIDICULOUS!!!

Dr. Jones and her team are the nicest ( and funniest) dentistry office I have ever visited. She did not make me feel bad about my teeth, she came up with a plan that was both affordable and time conscious ( worked with my schedule) the office was clean and tidy, and most importantly there was NO PAIN! I am so glad i decided to walk in because I was blown away by the care and professional atmosphere. I was to busy laughing with Dr Jones about walking dead and her son and thanksgiving and Christmas meals too even think about worrying about what she was doing to my teeth. Dr Jones you and your team deserve 6 stars
