Jasmine is unprofessional and does not give accurate information regarding billing. They give you a list of what the charges are then give you a terrible explanation of why they are billing you.

This office absolutely disappoints and disgusts me. I haven’t chosen to speak up until now. Many years ago, I was an orthodontic patient here.. When I had gotten to the end of my treatment plan, I had a loose tooth at the time. The dental hygienist had asked me if I wanted it to be removed, or it to just be taken out by the retainer mold. What kind of question is that?! A tooth pulled out by a mold? How is that ethical? Younger me thought it was just going to be a little tug, but NO! They did NOT tell me anything, gave me a local anesthetic, and did NOT talk through the entire process with me or my guardian. After the procedure, I had felt numb, confused, and anxious. I did not know what was going on at ALL. Please keep in mind this hygienist did not speak english very well. Without any stops, right after the procedure, I had been given my retainer mold. The hygienist did NOT tell my ANYTHING. To continue, the totally different dentist extracting my tooth was not very kind to me or my guardian. She did not tell me anything that was going on at all. I can never step foot into this office ever again. This has scarred me with terrible memories and anxiety of the dentist!

This is the best Greenberg location! Ellie, the dental hygienist, was so kind and compassionate. I have a fear of dentists due to previous bad experiences and she made me feel comfortable. Ellie has great communication and never holds any judgment. She gave me helpful tips for better dental hygiene that are also eco-friendly. Thank you!

I love every one here. The front staff are great, and a special shout out to Lissette-she’s Awesome! Dr Avila and her assistant Elsa are wonderful, and are so encouraging. My entire experience felt like I was with people who genuinely care about me and providing me with excellent dental care, which they succeeded in doing. Thank you so much!!! I’ll be back!
