Family Dentistry

My first visit was long but I expected it to be since they had never seen me before. What struck me were several things: first Dr. Ricky Pan spent time getting to know my concerns himself and did an exam including gum depth himself! Second, Cathy the hygienist did a thorough cleaning while respecting my boundaries which is definitely NOT common in dentistry in this area. I left knowing exactly what the plan is for treatment going forward which we all agreed to after reasonable intelligent discussion. And finally , I know precisely what it will cost, what my insurance will cover, and what I will need to pay. This is another outstanding feature I have been hard pressed to find in this area. I came to this office because of the wonderful ratings. Today was my first appointment and the five star ratings are true! From the enthusiastic greetings from the front office, to seeing Dr. Pan and planning our strategy to care for my teeth, to meeting my supportive hygienist, everyone was friendly yet highly professional. I feel that my teeth are in excellent hands and am so glad I came to this office for my dental care! It’s a very positive place.

My wife found Pine Avenue Smiles. We are new in town and didn’t have a dentist and I was behind 1yr on my dental visits. Dr. Pan took his time to explain their services and discuss our dental goals. This clinic and all the staff from reception right up to the doctor, all showed genuine care and didn’t pressure us at all. My wife and I are new patients but we won’t be going to anyone else. I highly recommend this clinic. Keep up the great work!

Pine Avenue Smiles is hands down a phenomenal office. I work at the pediatrics across the street so it’s very convenient for me with my work schedule. I was able to meet Dr. Andy Pan yesterday and during the entire visit I couldn’t have felt more comfortable. He took every bit of his time to go over my X-Ray’s from a previous dental office and even brought to my attention I have a left over root tip from a dental extraction done by the previous office. I was very pleased with all the staff there, the office and overall experience. Today they came over and brought a thank you gift for the entire office. I would recommend this office to anyone including children. Thank you guys and I look forward to fixing my smile with such a great office.

I had a great experience. I went in to schedule an appointment and was able to be seen the same day. I suspected I needed an extraction. Dr. Pan verified that I needed the extraction and I opted for the bone graft due to the location and bone erosion. The whole visit took just over two hours which included the evaluation and the procedure. The staff were wonderful and always made me feel comfortable. Dr. Pan was very conscientious and made the extraction as painless as possible. I am so happy to have finally found a great place to take care of my teeth.
