I called in to talk to make an appointment for a root canal for my son for a referral I explained to the lady at the time of making the appointment I am almost an hour away from the office and you are the only office that can perform this root canal for my son with his insurance they scheduled my appointment had me drive all the way down here in the rain pouring just to send me out the door and reschedule from over a month from now it is truly upsetting that they wasted my time and my gas this is not how you treat a first-time patient I would never recommend this place to anyone due to the lack of communication they have presented and the lack of customer service.how can you allow a dentist to go inside your mouth when they’re too incompetent to schedule a correct appointments or too incompetent to let you know what’s really going on in your appointment they messed up and they tried to use a line on me as if I was the one who misunderstood when clearly I am no idiot and I understand clearly what it means to set an appointment for a root canal not a consult but a procedure. So for that I would advise everyone not to go here you cannot trust a dentist to put their hands in your mouth if they can’t even make a clean appointment imagine how dirty his hands must be
