Dr. Wesley Cowan Cosmetic and Family Dentistry

My wife and I came here for one appointment but will no longer be going here after the disrespect I got from the receptionists due to my military service. I was unaware of the procedure I was going in for due to my wife making the booking and had a panic attack when the appointment was for something other than I thought. My wife was told by the receptionists that I should find a dentist for "people like me". What the hell does that mean. Then I find out they canceled all of my future appointments. What a disgrace thanks for the big middle finger for my service. The receptionist is also extremely nasty and has 0 customer service skills.

Tatiana and Dr Cowan are amazing!! The whole office is friendly, warm and welcoming. You never have to worry about being recommended dental work that you dont need, like so many other dentists. Dr Cowan will only tell you the work that you actually need and his work is perfection and with the best quality materials! Ive had bonding on a front tooth that I had done at a different dentist and it only lasted 1 year. As soon as I found Dr Cowan and had it done there, it lasted well over 3 years. I also had a silver crown replaced with a tooth colored one and he matched it perfect to where I cant even tell its there. He is a very kind, efficient and light handed dentist. Tatiana is also amazing! If you have a chance to schedule with her as your hygienist, you are in wonderful hands and will come out with the best cleaning and great conversation. She is extremely personable and gentle, you’ll hardly notice youre even getting your teeth cleaned. I really cant say enough good things about this practice. If you want a great, honest dental team...then this is your place!!

Before my visit, I felt insecure because my oral hygiene wasn’t the biggest priority to me after I had a baby. Tatiana made me feel very comfortable during my cleaning and was the sweetest dental hygienist I’ve ever encountered! I will forever request her to do my cleanings. Thank you Tatiana for making my cleaning very pleasant!

This doctors office is modern, the doctor is super talented and extremely kind and professional!! The the office staff provides patient centric service; its white glove. I highly recommend them for full family and individual care.

I am updating my review. I have been coming here for years now. The doctor has done a good job of picking staff. They are very competent, friendly, and professional. They do not seem to have much turnover either. The atmosphere is relaxed and I am always called by name and treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Cowen is gentle and does things right the first time. Keagan has fitted me twice for a crown. Best attention to a crown fitting I have ever had. I know they will be comfortable, strong, and look good upon completion. Tatiana does my cleanings and they don’t hurt and she is pleasant. I miss Ashley but I am satisfied with Tatiana’s cleanings. Note: I am not anxious in a dentist chair. I have to tell myself to relax because it is always hard to have people in your space. Origianal review: Friendly and professional.
