Very poor customer service. They called me 2 minutes past my appointment telling me I “should have been on the bed” already. They ignored me when I checked in and further delayed my appointment by 10 minutes and by the time they got around to acknowledging me, they said I was too late and they would not see my child. No empathy or understanding and they manipulated my appointment to intentionally cancel it. HORRIBLE!

Today was my boys first dentist appointment ever. The experience here was amazing. I am so glad I chose to bring them here. The staff was so friendly and patient, the office itself is definitely geared towards kids making them feel comfortable and excited to be at the dentist! Highly reccomend.

Horrible experience. It had been a downward slope since last year, and unfortunately continues to decline. An office staff can truly make or break a company. It’s unfortunate. Luckily I found this out fairly early on for my kiddos and I am fortunate enough to have really good insurance with lots of options and be able to rely on mom friends to recommend a new dentist with higher ratings. My bad experience already helped one parent avoid this place, and I was able to find a much better dental office with the help of moms in the area. It’s unfortunate since a few of the dental assistants in the past were great here, but again, unfortunately there has been a steady decline. Customer service matters. I enjoy my job, and I wish everyone else out there was fortunate enough to enjoy theirs as well.

What an excellent experience! This was my 4 year olds very first visit to the dentist. The Dental Hygienist was the sweetest person and my daughter enjoyed asking her questions. The Dental Hygienist was so patient, gentle, and caring. The Dentist was also kind and answered all of my questions. My daughter can’t wait to go back and one day she hopes to be a dentist or doctor too. It’s wonderful when professionals don’t take your child’s joy away, but they enhanced her curiosity and excitement about the medical community.
