Jamie is excellent and I highly recommend her! Dr. Boohoo is also excellent. She filled my tooth and made me feel very much at ease. Both very sweet and caring!

Me moving
I am really disappointed with the customer service here. I am patient of clinic for 7 years. I was asked to come to clinic whenever doctor changes at clinic just to get my general prescription of simple fluoride toothpaste. This makes me believe that they don’t trust their doctors and don’t value patients time. Not only that I would have to pay for appointment for no fault of mine. I don’t have anything bad against old or new doctor but disappointed the way my request for prescription is treated. This puts me In dilemma whether I should look for family practice doctor as I cannot keep coming whenever doctor changes for simple prescription . I know previous messages were responded to email patient services. I did sent email 15 days back and there was no courtesy to respond back.

The staff is awesome. Dr. P. Was more thorough than any dentist I have been to. The wait time was only a few minutes and my teeth are perfect. If I have any future problems, you can bet I will go here. I highly recommend these people to everyone. There is ample parking.

I’m a 5-Star business owner of several 5-Star business over the years and a 5-Star boat Captain and I took my wife here to have x-rays and then back again to have 3 upper teeth extracted. My wife, Kim, filled out the paperwork.. and handed it to the receptionist.. then a few minutes later the receptionist brought out the same paperwork to be filled out again! It took a few minutes to get this straighted out. Kim made it clear that she only wanted the 3 upper teeth to be extracted and nothing else and I was with her to confirm this. Then they tried to charge for the x-rays from a couple weeks ago that we already paid for. When they did charge for the x-rays the first time they tried to overcharge us and then finally corrected it. We paid in full before the procedure today for extractions. Then we were on our way home on a hour drive and Kim got a voicemail saying she owed more money for an aveoloplasty procedure!!! Yet she had made it clear (and I was a witness) that she only wanted the 3 teeth extracted with nitrous oxide and nothing more. On top of all this they filed a fraudulent claim with her insurance for a visit that never occurred. DON’T RECOMMEND!!!
