As a guy who has avoided the dentist for so many(many) years, I am absolutely surprised - positively. Sandra and her team, including the front office are incredibly nice, cool and efficient. My biggest surprise comes from a total absence of any pain, including the dreaded shots. Absolutely amazing experience. I even scheduled my next appointment with pleasure. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a bad experience at the Carrollwood Bright Now office this week and we don’t plan to ever come back. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the dentist was great at her job, and Kathy I believe is her name at the front desk was friendly. Other than that I’m not sure if we just came at a bad time or a bad day, but the service we received was shockingly bad and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ve never left a bad review in my life and I’m a very patient/kind person, but the hygienist who did our cleanings treated us like we were her worst enemy and today I am in pain and sore after a routine cleaning! That is not okay and I want others to be warned. I had to fight back tears because the hygienist was hurting me so bad throughout the whole cleaning. In the past every hygienist I’ve had always would apply gentle pressure and would make small talk and make the whole experience a little better by being kind or at least attempting. This employee didn’t talk/made zero effort to be friendly, poked at our teeth and gums without ANY concern for being gentle and honestly it was the worst pain I’ve ever had during a cleaning. And on top of that, she kept getting irritated with me for not opening my mouth wide enough which I physically can’t do because I have a small/weak jaw. She gave me a lot of attitude about it didn’t show much patience or empathy, she got short with me, and was very physically rough with me- actually pushed my head and chest around during the cleaning… It was like she wanted to torture us. I usually love going to the dentist! We were honestly completely in shock, my husband and I are so confused why she was so rough with both of us because we were so kind and respectful. Not sure why you would ever treat nice new patients with so much lack of care. We will be looking for dental care elsewhere and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place I mean unless you like getting treated like you owe the hygienist money lol. Yikes!

I had to jump on here because I Had a great experience at bright now dental.Every body was so helpful and enthusiastic. Kathy was very informative always accommodating. Front desk is a sweet girl who got me all settled. Dr Sandra and Alisha are amazing. Dr. Sandra explained all my procedures to me with visuals and it’s really good to know what you’re getting done in your mouth I haven’t had someone actually explain to me why I need these treatments until now. She has a keen eye for details, very skilled in a timely manner. Painless procedure. Her and her assistant are very knowledgeable, funny and entertaining which made me very comfortable since I get anxious at the dentist!! Can’t wait to show off my smile to family and friends. Highly recommend seeing this beautiful young dentist and her terrific staff!!

Been meaning to write this review on Sandra Henein and Kathy from the front desk. I really appreciate both of them showing so much empathy for my dental emergencies. Such great people overall. Sandra really was just so warm and helped save my smile.
