Would NEVER recommend to anyone. My new patient appointment was scheduled for 9:00AM, the hygienist took x-rays and was done by 9:30AM. The dentist himself did not even ARRIVE to the office until 10:30AM. He then proceeded to visit another patient who arrived after me and fill her cavity (all he needed to do was look at my x-rays). He finally came in after waiting more than AN HOUR for him, said I needed a regular cleaning, then just walked out. After another 10-15 minutes of just sitting in the chair waiting for anyone to come back or say anything to me, I had to ask the receptionist if I can leave. She rudely responded that I had to wait for the doctor to finish my "treatment plan" even though I could hear him already working with another patient. Then, my NEXT appointment for my cleaning was canceled because they had a hygienist "no call-no show" so they had to fire her. I had to get in before June 30th and they wouldn't even let me schedule at their other office and wouldn't let me schedule anything until after July 12th. Again, the receptionist rudely interrupting me saying "no, sorry, we don't have any hygienists". So I just canceled with them and overall wasted my money and 2 hours of my life at this office which should have only taken about 45 minutes. Unprofessional, unorganized, and just awful. Wish I could leave them 0 stars.

This dental office has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a medical office. I don’t even know where to begin. The front desk woman is so overwhelmed that she is unable to provide you with follow up appointments. The computers are always down, the emails and call back that are promised never occur. I could go on and on. The dentist must take time off frequently and does not work on Fridays. I would have stopped going there much sooner but for the crown I was in the process of. My crown had to be sent back 3 times for adjustments. It took almost 4 months before it was finally finished. Save yourself misery, don’t go here!

Poor office management. I made and appointment for 11:40am, arrived 10 minutes earlier, waited until 12:43 and when I asked front-desk lady if this was standard waiting time she answered yes. After a while I ended up canceling the appointment.

Very poorly ran office. Any time I've called they either don't answer, their system is down, or just never hear back from them. I finally get an appt scheduled last week and after waiting a half hour, they tell me their system is down. If I don't want to wait, they'll call me when it's back up and running so I left. One week later and they never even followed up with me. I called this morning and the girl said she needs to take her break then call me back to reschedule. Lol what a joke.
