Every time I come here they’re so overbooked it’s at least a 2 hour wait. Every month, 2 hours in your car or the waiting room. It’s too late for me, but please, if you respect your own time, go somewhere else.

We love Dr Chin. And all of his assistants/techs! I have two kiddos in braces and they’ve done an incredible job keeping us informed about what to expect with their treatments. They have payment plans too which is a HUGE help, especially when you have two kids in braces at the same time. They’re also very affordable when comparing their prices to other orthodontist offices in the area. I really can’t say enough about the staff. They’re super flexible and have even taken us as a walk-in when my son’s wire snapped. My kids’ teeth have changed so much in just 9 months and I can’t wait to see what they look like when their treatment is complete! Thank you Dr Chin and staff for always going above and beyond!! :)

The employees are very kind, especially the receptionist. This review does not reflect their work or professionalism. The Dr., however is awful. He has his appointments so overbooked that EVERY SINGLE time I go there, it’s a two hour wait. After you wait for at least an hour or more, he rushes through the consult and the work that he actually does on the patient. If your child’s bracket falls off, he doesn’t replace it and if he does, he waits months to do so. If you have questions as a parent, he acts like you’re an Inconvenience. Now, I’ve paid him in full and he doesn’t want to fix 2 brackets that have been broken off for months. That should’ve been addressed months ago. He just wants me to sign another contract and pay more money. Absolutely not, he didn’t finish the first job I paid for. DO NOT go here! Save yourself the time and frustration. I’ve been dealing with this for nearly 3 years and wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. It’s quantity vs quality in this office.

Weskey Chapel is not our normal office with Dr. Chin, but we ended up going there because the dates worked out better for that month. We had a great visit. We had two appointments for the same day and we were in and out quickly! Dr. Chin is always very thorough and he explains everything in detail for us!

Dr. Chin runs a tight schedule and talks fast. This is good because when your are seen it doesn’t take too long to getting finished. Like any doctor’s office, one late appointment pushes everyone back.
