I was lacking confidence, when it came to smiling. Years of drinking sodas and coffee, had taken a toll on my teeth. After seeing Dr. Zacharias J. Kalarickal, DDS for my whitening treatment plan, I can smile again with confidence.

They spend a lot of time with you and make you feel like they’re paying close attention to your needs. However they can be pretty pushy and cloying, which is an awkward thing to experience from a dentist’s office. Update: Dr. Zach called me to tell me he refuses to perform a procedure on which he quoted me about a year ago. A year ago he talked me into purchasing the in-house insurance, as this would give me a 10% discount on the procedure. However, some time after purchasing the in-house insurance, his staff informed me the equipment needed for the procedure was in need of repair. I waited many months for the equipment to be repaired and, when it was, they called to inform me and I made an appointment. However, a week before my appointment, Dr. Zach called to refuse the treatment (he says he’s not comfortable completing it because the problem may be beyond his expertise). While I appreciate the honesty, I DO NOT appreciate having waited this long only to be refused treatment. IT GETS WORSE. During our call, he asked me to take down this review (originally three stars). I told him no, several times, and he continued to push (without seeing the irony). I told him several times he was making me uncomfortable but he continued to push, eventually saying I was the problem and that he would terminate me as a patient. He wrote me a personally-charged email (e.g., subject header: "Conclusion to our relationship") to confirm. LATER THAT DAY he had his receptionist Marlie write a five-star review. This man is pushy. He is condescending. His behavior is inappropriate and he refuses to see it. My experience with him was bizarre and uncomfortable to say the least.

With a fear of dental offices in the past I can be reassured that Dr. Zack goes above and beyond with their friendly and professional services to make me feel like family. They take the time needed to help me with my needs and explaining options I may have and truly care about my opinion, lifestyle and well being.
