I had a fantastic experience at Quail Hollow. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly. The hygienist and dentist were both extremely thorough; I’ve never had such a detailed experience. They explained everything they were doing, why and what they identified. They were also very professional and friendly. This is the first time, in years, that I’m not dreading my next visit.

Very positive experience for going to a dentist. Dental assistant very gentle and thorough making sure I was very comfortable. She went above and beyond working with me in my wheelchair to make the appointment work. Office staff worked to make sure everything was covered and explained everything thoroughly. Glad I chose this practice and will be recommending to others.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The facility was very welcoming. Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional. The hygienist, Beatta, was excellent. I chose to go here because of the great reviews. We just moved to the area so I needed to establish with a new dentist. I had been with my previous dentist over 20 years, so this was very new to me. They did more X-rays and evaluations than I had ever experienced at a dentist or orthodontist. I was thankful they discovered some gum issue that I needed to address, but I was not prepared to consider braces my first time through the door. Bottom line- they are kind, professional and extremely thorough.

First time visiting this dental office. I was very impressed! . The staff is very friendly and efficient. They make you feel welcomed. There is no long wait. The office runs quite efficiently. Dr. Koruo is very personable, efficient, and gentle. I highly recommend this facility.

Cheryl was amazing and was fast, efficient, and professional throughout my visit. She was very caring and empathetic through the painful parts and explained everything very well. The dentist herself was also very good. Highly recommend this practice!
