Received a new bill today from a visit over two years ago that had been paid by our insurance company. Called to inquire about why we received new charges and was advised that the previous staff was billing incorrectly. Seems pretty absurd to bill a patient over two years after service is rendered and payment was received.

I am not happy right now and I usually don’t write bad reviews. Here we go, this is for the parents that have sensitive children that do not like going to any doctor. The dentist will give you one chance and then walk out and refuse you because she’s not up for it today. This office care about money more than the patients. Please take time to find another dentist it is not worth the headache.

Doctor Pettinato is amazing! She really cares about her young patients teeth and explaining everything to the parents too. My son had a chipped tooth and I called late on the weekend and to my surprise someone picked up the phone! I scheduled an appointment for my son for the next week and Dr. Pettinato fixed up his tooth and she did such a wonderful job! By far the best pediatric dentist in the Tampa area! They have earned an A+ in my recommendation!!!

Not happy with my first (and definitely last) experience here. Got charged $81 dollars for X-Rays that we didn’t need because my insurance had already paid for them at our previous dentist. They should have told us before we got there that they needed us to get those in advance. I called the old dentist and had them email me the X-Rays, but it wasn’t the ones they wanted so they still insisted on charging me. Turns out they wanted panoramic ones from 2 years ago. This was just a really stressful experience that left me feeling ripped off and in a bad mood. I won’t be bringing my kids here anymore.

Dr Erika and staff are in a class all their own! My young children are totally at ease here. My son with sensory issues is usually fearful of anything health-related, but from the moment we enter the door, the office is bustling with happy, friendly staff, and a fun waiting room. Each member of the team takes the time to treat everyone with respect and makes the experience fun as well as thorough.They were even very accommodating when we had to reschedule an appointment at the last minute. It is easy to conclude that everyone from the front desk to the doctor truly enjoys caring for kids. This group of professionals are a model of what a practice focusing on children should be!
