I really wish I could give zero star. Back in 2021 itseems my daughter missed an appointment. According to my wife she talked to the front desk at their office and it was cleared. After that Daughter is been going to other dental appointments and everything was fine. Now in 2024 they are sending a bill for $50 for missed appointment in 2021!! The bill doesn’t say what the bill is for .. just says balance forward !! How is it fair to charge for something that happened in 2021.. even though their office had cleared all the charges and now after 3 years receiving a bill for it.

This place is simply amazing. My daughter has been so nervous about the dentist before but since switching to Pettinato, she is more calm about it and not to mention their waiting area is so fun! It’s like an arcade/theme park. It makes her excited to get there early to play while we wait. They have the best most patient staff ever!!

My son had the best experience at this office! The entire staff is super friendly and the place is decked out with things for kids to look at and interact with. My son is 4 and he was so distracted by the awesome waiting room that he didn’t even get nervous. The hygienist Kiki was especially awesome, she’s very sweet and patient, explained everything to my son before she did it and made him feel very comfortable. Highly recommend bringing your kiddos here!

Really love this office. Very kids friendly and the staff makes you feel very comfortable. It’s the only dentist office I take my daughter to and she absolutely loves it. It’s unlike any dentist office you’ve ever visited.

I cannot brag on this place enough! The whole experience was enjoyable from scheduling to seeing the Dr. The office is clean and decked out for the kiddos! My girls loved it so much they didn’t want to leave! The Dr. and staff were so focused on making my girls feel comfortable, have fun and feel like they had some control during their checkup and it made such a difference. They were helpful and informative dealing with me which made me feel very confident that we were in the right place! Look no further for a pediatric dentist, this is where you want to be!!
