Bernier Dental

Respectfully, extremely disappointed. After hours of research for a specific treatment, I came across this office who offered it. I called to ask many questions on to exactly why I was looking for the treatment to make sure they did indeed have the equipment to perform in on me. They agreed they did and continued to set up my appointment. I came in for my appointment, the dentist came in and immediately told me they do NOT have the tool needed in order to perform the treatment I called and asked about. I was then charged $106.00 for the "evaluation". The dentist, did not look at my mouth, previous rays, or anything just simply told me they did not carry that tool that they needed and that she was sorry. Ive never had an experience like this before, and never leave reviews but feel its necessary. I called to exactly describe what I was looking to get and why, they said it could be done only for the dentist to say they cant do it, and then be charged $106.00 for that..

I have always dreaded going to the dentist. But Dr. Bernier’s office is fantastic. They are kind and listen to you and make sure you are comfortable. Anytime I have a question they are very responsive and tell me what to expect when I get work done. They are also not like hey you have to get everything done all at once. They tell you what they think you should get done first and what can wait a little bit because they know not everyone has a ton on money. So glad I found this dentist, would give them a 100 starts if I could.

The turn over is horrible. Seems like all their staff is in training. . The front staff is rude. They changed hours and when I said how disappointed I was that I had to change offices the reply from Sasha was, that’s okay ". THAT’S OKAY!! Wow. Should have been something like I know we’re so sorry to lose you sorry the hours didn’t work for you. Dr. Rose only saving grace. They lost a part from my periodontist and Ellen was so rude. Denying they took it. Asked for Dr bernier to call me he refused..so they said. His practice...his patient with an issue and he refuses to call...weak wimp

To give background-I have a bit of dentist anxiety and I have a bad habit of putting off going. I just had my first appointment with Bernier Dental and I had a great experience which calmed my anxiety greatly. Everyone there- from the front office staff, the hygienist, and the Dentist were all so kind and personable. Not once did I feel I uncomfortable. The office is clean, they were able to see me much faster than expected, and pricing is fair! I highly recommend Bernier Dental.

Jody was incredible, the team work here is amazing and she is the kindest! Update after another appointment here, I have to just say, not only after years have I found this to be the best place around for great dental care, but they really put effort into making the experience as non stressful as possible! They are great people, with a clean, professional office that can fix any problem you find yourself having with your teeth! No long lines, no extra tacked on fees, and great great care. Also, special shout out for Dr. Griffey for her excellent assistant Keren help with my cavities. Her steady hand made the experience painless, and the assistance all know exactly what their doing.
