Connerton Dental Care

It was my first visit to Connerton Dental Care. The friendly staff made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. They were extremely knowledgeable in their field with state of the art equipment. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while so wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr Tossona performed his work and I actually felt no pain at all. Over all I am very happy with the office staff and Dr Tossona. I would recommend Connerton Dental Care to anyone in need of dental care.

My friends son went here having pain. The estimate they give was about 300$ less than what they actually charged day of procedure. When questioned oh they over charged by mistake. Was told it would take weeks to receive a refund, when the bill was paid by a debit card. Then the person receiving treatment said a root canal took 3 hours and was told to come back for another appointment. Something was not adding up. My friend took her son to her dentist in a different state and there was no root canal done. Her dentist took X-rays and there was not a root canal, now she has to pay out of pocket again for what this office was suppose to do. They overcharged for a root canal that was not done. He was told to come back for a crown. Absolutely disgraceful!!!

Dr. T and his assistance are absolutely fantastic. I was in the office recently with my children and he was so patient and efficient. My 7 year old needed fillings and she is a pretty difficult patient and he was wonderful with her. I would highly recommend this office and the wonderful staff.

I absolutely love Connerton Dental Care, I recommend it to everyone. I brought my son for the first time, and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience for my son who is 5 years old. Coming in my son was very scared and nervous. All the staff members are amazing. I do want to recognize Miss Lou who was my son’s hygienist for this visit. She had a lot of patience with my son, explaining to him everything she was doing making sure he was comfortable and relaxed. I appreciate how she made my son feel to even say that when I asked my son what he thought about the visit, he said he liked it too.

My experience to-date has been positive. I moved to the office about a year ago, and have found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. When I first moved into the area, we went to a local office that was pretty bad in that they seemed to push unnecessary services and weren’t super friendly. We quickly made a change and found an office that was pretty good but we noticed they made the occasional mistake. As an example, their scan for one of my crowns was incorrect and led to an incorrectly sized crown, so they had to order it again. Connerton Dental has been great AND they’re location is super convenient of you’re in Lakeshore Ranch or Connerton.
