Our oldest started with Dr. Metz in 2017 and we’ve had at least one kiddo in braces with him ever since. This is not by default - many excellent orthodontists worth considering have moved into the area in the last 6 years. Dr. Metz and his staff have truly earned our business time and time again. He has an excellent chair-side manner - with kids and adults! His staff is incredible - genuinely caring, always smiling and professionally on point! Appointments are like clockwork. It’s overall just a great experience. Most importantly, he cares about his work. Terrific results and after-care.

Thank you Dr. Metz and to all his team of staff! What an amazing group of people so friendly, caring and attentive. My son actually looked forward to coming to his appointments! Scheduling was a breeze when we checked out before we left the office to ensure he did not miss any school hours. I really can’t recommend them enough!!

Can’t say enough positive things about this office. Heather was amazing and friendly and made us feel at home. Dr Metz was incredibly knowledgable and friendly. We recently moved here and Metz orthodontics was one the only office we contacted who was willing to take over treatment mid way and not make us pay for a whole new treatment plan. One of the best experiences with customer service I’ve had since coming to the state of Florida. Absolutely recommend this office. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Amazing staff that cares about the patient and selecting the best dental option for the patient, rather than the best (or most profitable) option for their business. We just moved to the area from Michigan and my son’s retainer broke, so we were on the search for a replacement. We completed the complimentary consultation and rather than forcing us to choose a retainer replacement to make a quick sale, they informed us of all the options available, which including holding off on the retainer purchase since phase 2 of the braces could begin sooner than expected. We did end up moving forward with the replacement (simply due to the peace of mind on our end) and they were amazing with the impression (which my son hates and struggles with). Due to the caring, friendly, and knowledgeable staff, we plan to come back to Metz for my son’s phase 2 braces.

My daughter has been coming to this office for years and not once have we had a bad experience with the doctor or his staff. They are always friendly and welcoming. They answer all of our questions and concerns. Dr Metz is the best orthodontist! Would recommend him 100%.
