I am always happy with my office visit. The whole staff is very happy to see me and always kind, friendly and helpful! Dr. Ferry is an excellent dentist and always kind and a skillful dentist. I tell everyone what a pleasant experience I have at his office. He is the only dentist that I have ever had that I didn’t dread going to visit.

I’m not one who loves dentist, like so many, but Dr. Ferry and his staff are absolutely the best! I would recommend them to anyone. My hygienist…Karla is the most sweetest and so very patient. She knows how uneasy I am and does everything in her power to make my visit every 3 months as comfortable as possible. Thank you Dr. Ferry and staff…10+ stars with 10 being the highest.

I was referred to this office by a former colleague, back in 2018. It’s a small practice, but it’s nice because everyone is so personable. My first visit I was expecting my son, and as I went through another pregnancy with my second the staff has always treated me immensely well. Mrs. Mimi and Mrs. Christy are always welcoming, and know pretty much every patient by name. Dr. Ferry is always so sweet and kind. My hygienist Ms. Lynn is ALWAYS in a great mood and she always provides me with such great conversations, it truly doesn’t ever feel like a dental visit. Thank you all so much for welcoming me to your family. See you in six months!

Dr Ferry is hands-down the best Dentist in Polk County! It is a great place for all your family members. He is personable and professional with the adults, and extra gentle and patient with the kids. I saw Dr Ferry after many years of not seeing a Dentist. I was nervous about the amount of cleaning they would have to do, and the amount of expensive work I’d need done. I also have some health issues and had some concerns about risk of infection after any dental procedure. Dr Ferry himself called me prior to my appointment and discussed my concerns with me at length and alleviated my fears. I was not chastised because it had been so long since I had been to the dentist. His attitude was, “We’ll start fresh from here.” His office staff, hygienists, and assistant are all friendly and competent. With his high tech equipment, the cleaning and exam were easy, and the only extra work I needed was one cavity filling, which I did at a separate appointment. My insurance was billed, and out-of-pocket costs were minimal. Dr Ferry is very knowledgeable and explains things clearly. He definitely makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend!
