Update: one daughter down. The other has her braces removed in a couple weeks. We started this on with Dietrich & Kelso. Their whole team in the Bartow office, including Dr. Ellis, is amazing! After being at EASmiles for a waisted 9mths with one of my twins I began researching where we could transfer to since both twins needed braces. Dr. Ellis, Dietrich, and Kelso have done more for my daughters in the time we’ve been seeing them than the whole team did at the other practice. Everyone from their office staff on down is fabulous to work with. So kind and professional! I highly recommend this practice! Thank you for all you do! Second one down! I can’t locate a before at the moment. This one started at EASmiles. We waisted 9 months of constant trips for brackets falling off due to them not being put on correctly, not having visits like we should, horrible office staff, starting at a location 30 minutes away only to be told we would have to go an 1 hour and 15 minutes away when we were finally scheduled. We chose to move to Dietrich and Kelso and it was the best decision for both of my girls. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism from the moment you walk in the door to the care of both girls.

I love this Orthodontics office! I actually found out about it on a Facebook group page and decided to check it out. I was totally blown away by how clean and inviting the office was, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My oldest child has just started the braces process with Dr. Dietrich and Kelso Orthodontics, and I’m already thinking about bringing my youngest there once all of his baby teeth have grown out. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of orthodontic services!

I absolutely had a great experience. All of the orthodontists were great however Dr. Kelso was excellent. He took his time and made the necessary adjustments to my wires for the best possible outcome. He is a perfectionist. I am very happy with the end result. Loved the techs/assistants. The office staff was great at every location I traveled to. Highly recommend if you need braces.

Great place to go for orthodontic care! The office staff and providers are very friendly and caring. My son goes to the Bartow location. They recently remodeled and I love the ambiance of the exam rooms and waiting area. All the equipment look very modern and up to date. I also love their self check-in process, it’s so quick and easy.
