Warning: beware of Access Dental & Orthopedics on Ayers. The nurses demonstrated kindness and genuine care for their patients, including myself. However, I found the dentist’s approach to be focused on maximizing insurance benefits, recommending unnecessary procedures. I requested a simple solution, but was declined and told that extensive work was required first. In my opinion, the recommended treatments were not necessary.

Do not go here, this place should literally be closed down. The staff doesn’t know what they’re doing, and you’re basically a test subject. The dentist was literally asking another person how to do something! 4 years of braces went down the drain for me and my teeth are completely ruined and I have to go to a specialist to fix what this place messed up and pay out of pocket. I was there for 6 hours! They kept leaving me alone for what felt like an hour at a time, came back, did a little bit more, and then left me alone again! It was traumatizing and now I know I went through that for no reason.

Disappointed in the overall experience with this practice. When my daughter first became a patient she was excited and the staff was friendly and service was great. Not too long after we found out that the orthodontist would only have select days for appointments. Even so we were willing to continue treatment. Then again we were told that the orthodontist would only be in clinic once a month at the Kostoryz location Saturday only & the Ayers location a Friday only. How can you see all the patients in one day a month. Now that was complete insanity. I had my daughter switch to the Ayers location, which they game me a complete hassle. I requested to have her moved to another orthodontist and then bc they don’t have the promised providers that they initially promised when the treatment started. I was told that even though it is the facilities fault for this and not outsourcing for additional assistance they want to charge $500 to collect my daughters treatment records to find a better staffed orthodontist office. Would not recommend bringing your child to this practice.

Always something , everytime I go here. Have had to switch dentist like 3x because they never keep a consistent dentist. Everyone at front dest always seems annoyed . I understand , but be professional . Waited like an hour because I absolutely had to call my provider to switch to the new dentist. Which I don’t understand because why call me to confirm my appointment at the location knowing It’s not right with the insurance. And I had just went a few months prior . Was honestly in a really bad mood from the beginning. But when we got to the back Dr. Ahmad and his assistant was actually really sweet. Honestly just wish it was more organized, consistent, and professional . There’s no reason a dentist visit should be so stressful.

These 1star reviews made me nervous but they took my insurance... BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I came in with 2 infected molars and after a comprehensive treatment plan and exactly what I would owe, I was in. The extractions went so well that I wasn’t aware she was done! No pain... She was amazing. They give you sunglasses to keep the light out of your eyes which is a nice touch. They also honored the insurance price despite a waiting period my insurance snuck in. I love them and highly recommended them!
