Great service. Staffs/assistances are very friendly, they go beyond what they are expected to do. Brought my kids with me as I have no one to watch/babysit them. They entertained my kids the whole time we were there, I greatly appreciate what they did, they made us feel a family. Dr. Mai listens attentively to my concerns. I highly recommend Duncan Dental Studio!

I was new to town and had not yet found a Dentist for my regular checkups or emergencies. I found myself on a weekend with a tooth that had cracked in half and one half of it that had fallen out. I contacted Duncan Dental first thing Monday morning and they fit me in at 9:00am that morning. I never give a perfect score on any surveys as there is always something to improve upon. Well this will by my first 10 out of 10 that I give to Duncan Dental. The dental hygienist was so friendly, they explained everything in detail that was going to happen to make sure I understood everything. The person that explained the billing to me had everything in order and I knew what to expect depending on what procedure I was going to need. Dr. Mai, was perfect in explaining what he would be checking for and showed me my x-ray on what was happening. Luckily I did not need a root canal, and just a build up, temporary cap, mold for permanent cap, and a scheduled appointment to install the permanent cap in two weeks. I was expecting to have to have the temporary cap done another day, but to my surprise, they performed the procedure right then and there. I walked in a new patient (emergency) patient, and 1-1/2 hours later I walked out with a temporary crown, and peace of mind that I made the right choice. By the way, this was a painless experience both physically, mentally, and financially. Thank you everyone, from the front office, Dr’s, Maintenance, etc. it’s takes a team and what a team it is. Congrats to bringing back customer service to where it needs to be in a business. Kudos to all for a superb job. Have a Blessed Day
