My kids love this place. It’s always hard trying to get appointments for all 5 of my children. Family Smiles does amazing with them all. They are considerate and efficient. I am glad we went back to them.

Absolutely love this place. Always super helpful and non-judgmental. They really enjoy helping people. They’ve fixed my entire smile, relieved my fear of the dentist, and boosted my confidence through the roof and I’m extremely grateful. Never had a more genuine dentist, will always recommend and come back!

Dentist did not take the time to make my son feel comfortable. He quickly referred him off the second he showed nerves. My observation was proven when my son did amazingly with the dental hygienist. She was able to complete an entire cleaning which proved my point. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

This place has the feel of an assembly line and their customer service is non-existent. The front desk treats you like you are attempting to skip on the payment. The dentist is more focus on getting you in and out than if whatever he doing gives you pain! I believe that a "Dentist Office" needs to have great customer service, as well as amazing expertise. If you don’t care about the personal treatment, then this is your place. I had high hopes for this place but I will keep on looking... Gave it one star cause it wouldn’t let me give it less! The lady at the front desk that dealt with the insurance was very friendly and knowledgeable, if all others learned from her this review wouldn’t be this bad!

If first impressions are supposed to be pleasant, not in my situation. Arrived at my appointment on time, the front office was not professional. They were prompt in taking my co-pay. I waited approximately 35 minutes, Until they noticed I hadn’t been taken to the back. They whispered, " I thought she was already taken to the back office. Dr J was very professional and efficient.he said I needed an extraction and his Assistant said the financial advisor would come in to talk to me. , never happened after waiting again walked to front asked who is the financial advisor one woman replied oh that’s me. I asked her I was waiting for you they said you would come and speak to me. She just replied this is the amount you owe for an extraction, would you like to have this done now. I replied I need it done but you and your other workers were laughing & talking . You left me here sitting waiting and then didn’t come and speak to me now I have to get back to work. I literally there 2 hours. Waisted my time. Front office needs to focus on their patients instead of playing around in front of patients. I wish the Drs. Would see how bad of an impression they made towards their first time patients.. I really need an extraction done and I’ve already paid deductible. I’m going in tomorrow but not sure about further work done.
