Very unimpressed with the visit, which is a shame as I have been a proud patient for many years. Service and quality was far superior when it was Smiley Family Dentistry. The visit was very rushed, painful and unpleasant as the Dental Hygienist was unprofessional and rough while cleaning my teeth. And it’s not due to poor dental hygiene on my part, but almost as it was a race to turn patients. If I could go lower than a 1 star, I would. Already in the process of finding a new dentist. Over all -4 stars.

The staff is outstanding. The moment I walk in the front desk does a wonderful job of putting me at ease. They are friendly and very helpful. The Dental Assistants are highly concerned about patient comfort and inspire confidence with their skill and knowledge. The billing staff are, again, very friendly and helpful in answering any questions regarding insurance and payment. I am very happy to have Benton Family Dental as an important part of my health care team.
