Office started sending me a bill for $50 for a missed appointment that I never had. They’ve been sending me invoices every month for over a year. When I called to address the fact that there was no appointment set, I was dismissed and told that they would talk to the "person in charge" I’m still receiving invoices. You can’t just bill people and say they owe you money. That’s not right. I never had an appointment. You all are terrible for not hearing me out and continuing to say I owe you money

I enjoyed both dentists and how gentle/personable they were. The office staff was professional and kind as well.The hygienists were fairly careful as long as you gave them proper warning before a cleaning to sensitive gumlines. My kids loved Dr English’s saltwater fishtank as well as the TVs playing nature live streams of woodland animals or ocean views - a very relaxing environment! Dr English’s love of the outdoors is evident by how he personally maintains the bird and squirrel feeders as well as planting flowers in the back field that you see from the dental chair. I took away 1 star due to our insurance being no longer accepted/in network with Dr English/Roumyah. I hope they will possibly reconsider expanding their insurance possibilities again though.

Dr. English is the most kind doctor i ever met. The staff is great and i felt comfortable like never. Update: 2 years after last time i went to the dentist, i was surprised with a major issue in my credit score. It took me one week to find out the responsible for that. It was Dr. English office. I moved to another city (quite a large time after going to the dentist) and didn’t get their letter. I had a voice message once , where somebody told me i had to update my address. Didn’t say anything about a late charge. They told me they had a problem with an outsourced charging company. WHY DIDIN’t YOU TELL ME??? My phone number is the same, as they know. Of course i paid the debit and had 0 help from them to put things back to normal in my credit. Very disappointed. Let’s say that Dr. English is a wonderful dentist /man that is poorly advised.

I have been going here since I was a young girl, I’ve continued going into my adulthood and taking my family. We’ve been paying out of pocket, due to not having insurance, for the past 3 years. Has always been about $100 per person. Today, without being told there were any changes, my husband and two kids were charged $598 for 3 cleanings. 3 cleanings AND breaking my daughters permanant retainer that we know need to go have fixed!! No x-rays, just cleanings!! What a shame!! You add a dentist and DOUBLE your prices??!! We will not be back, EVER!! I will however be sending a bill for my daughters orthodontist office visit!!
