Amazing Team 4Highly Recommended 2I had a new girl (her first day). At first she seemed a little nervous until another technician came to help her get set up. After Dr Downer came in he was very helpful and patient with Benata and talked her through the procedure. I thought the procedure went quickly and efficiently.

In the midst of job changes and a move I lost my dentist. I finally found Dr. Downer through a personal recommendation. I had the best dental experience ever. The office staff and dental assistant were exceptional, Melissa, Nicole snd Candy deserve A+’s. Thank you so much. I’m happy to be a patient here.

I have been going to Dr.Downer ever since he opened his practice in Mt.Pleasant. Dr.Downer and his staff are very thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining what the process is, to do what needs to be done. I have family and friends that go there and they agree with the statement above. If you choose this establishment you will not go anywhere else.

Gotta say reviews are far and few from me but this office is always so friendly and quick to help clients. I had to have an emergency visit done the day after Thanksgiving and Dr. Downer and his hygenist came in to take care of some severe pain that had me in the ER the day before. Truly thankful for them and God bless that entire staff there. If you need quality care and a friendly personal touch this is the place to go!

Absolutely amazing! The staff are so friendly and so helpful! Special thanks to Melissa who made my first appointment feel more like a great visit with a friend rather than a dental visit (which is huge for me because I’ve had bad experiences in the past and was a bit fearful) Dr. Craig Downer is awesome! He took his time explaining all of my exam results in great detail. The front desk staff were so welcoming and pleasant! I highly recommend!

I am a new patient and the staff was absolutely amazing. They definitely make you feel relaxed, welcome and comfortable. It has been a number of years since I’ve been to a dentist. Even though the initial exam proved to be far better than I anticipated, they certainly put you at ease while communicating the entire time. The office is very nice and clean. Best experience I’ve ever had in a dentist office!!

Dr. Downer took over for my previous dentist and has been great. I needed a tooth pulled and they worked me into the schedule and removed the tooth quickly and painlessly. I am grateful to him and the entire staff.

I had my 6 month cleaning and check up this morning and, as usual, the experience was pleasant. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful and the hygienist was also friendly and thorough. Dr. Downer gave a final check and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I always leave Dr. Downer’s office happy with the attention paid to my oral health!

Dr. Downer is an EXCELLENT dentist. My husband and I have been going to him since he took over for Dr. Kruske in MT Pleasant several years ago. We have been very happy - the place is clean and staff are super friendly. Best part of all is Cathy. She has been our dental hygienist for almost 20 years and the best we’ve ever had! I highly recommend the dental office of Dr. Craig Downer.
