Cascade Family Dental Group

I started going to Cascade Family Dental Group in 8/2022 and would give it was about 2/3 stars. The Hygienist really didn’t do much at all to clean and check things out and the dentist barely said a word, quickly looked and then left. This week (2/2023) I tried it again and what a difference, a complete turnaround for the better. The Hygienist, not the same one as last year, took time to really deep clean, checked gums and pointed out what was found. The dentist actually checked my throat, neck, tongue inside mouth, etc. for signs of cancer. Confirmed what I was told by the Hygienist and has a wonderful manner with patients. I dislike being told I need to have major work done, just because a tooth may crack sometime. The hygienist simply said "Let’s watch it and if something happens to the tooth or it’s causing you pain we’ll talk about what to do then." That tells me something about this business. At 74 years old, it’s not necessarily about a perfect smile, it’s about having teeth that work so I can eat and have a decent smile. Too many dental offices are primarily selling the smile and at a very high cost to the customer. They’re primarily only interested in cosmetic dentistry. Cascade Family Dental Group has real well educated, trained practical staff!

Staff is really friendly and welcoming. Both the hygienist and dentist were great in telling what they were doing. Offering products to help with my needs. Everyone is fantastic! I will highly recommend Cascade Family Dental!

Overall the place felt very welcoming! All the staff greeted me with smiles :) Highly recommend Erin - super sweet person 😊 but she also really knows what she is talking about when it comes to the care of teeth! 🦷 Super about preventive care! Felt like I was treated like a person because both her and the dentist actually sat down with me and explained what the x-rays meant, where the problems were with my teeth and where to go from here with care! Great experience 🙌

My kids and I go to this practice. The front staff are communicative, welcoming, and accommodating to our various unusual requests. The practitioners are well-skilled and knowledgeable. My daughter recently had an appointment and when she told them she wants to grow up to be a dentist, Dr. Han and the hygienist took the time to answer her questions, and they even sent her home with extra supplies to only encourage her interest. My kids are comfortable going here, and so am I.

Erin was instrumental in making my first experience there comfortable even though I dread the dentist. She communicated well, was knowledgeable and kind. The office has a homey feel and I felt comfortable with the other staff there as well. Glad to find a good dentist! Dr min Han was gentle and kind and made my experience comfortable. Very professional.
