Hamilton Pediatric Dentistry PC

I have been using this office for over 10 years. Carol one of the office staff is extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I love dr hamilton and wendy in the office is amazing. I tried to overlook the fact that Carol was so rude because dr hamilton was so good unfortunately now that my other child is being seen there she has only gotten worse. Talks to people like they know nothing even though I had to have them refill something that they billed incorrectly and was treated poorly and told I owed when it was their mistake and wasn’t allowed to schedule. After simply calling insurance and letting the office know what they needed it was paid so my daughters treatment was delayed due to their error. Then blamed me gor moving the appointment. I would not go to this office as Carol actually put me to tears more than once. The fact that dr hamilton allowed this and knows it since it’s all over her reviews makes no sense. But I’m sure Carol makes people out to be the bad patients with her narcissistic behavior. It’s very unfortunate!

Today was my son’s first appointment, and I was very impressed. The ladies were so wonderful with my kiddo.bthey answered and explained any questions I had. What really got me (besides how well she was with my son) was that they specialize children with special needs. I ended up scheduling my 3 other kids for new patient appointments with her as well.

They were absolutely amazing with my anxious daughter! They took their time to help her feel comfortable and to explain things to me! I wish they could be my dentist!

I was nervous to send my 18mo to the dentist, but this dentistry did amazing. It was rough the first visit, but my daughter was allowed to sit in my lap, parents can be with their child every step of the way. The setting is very kid friendly and comfy. I wish I could be their patient! Take your kids to Hamilton Pediatrics, they won’t disappoint!! My LO is now 4 and does amazing. Dr. Hamilton and her staff walks her through everything they’re doing. Also, my little brother has had to be restrained at every dental office he’s been to. He’s 8 and terrified of the dentist. I referred him to Hamilton and he has been in for 2 visits, no tears, no restraint. He walked out saying “I think I might live going to the dentist now, it doesn’t hurt and they’re not rough. The other dentist’s are so scary”

My son has had a couple unforgettable experiences at other offices that has made it pretty difficult to find a dentist that he is completely comfortable going to, this was the first appointment that I have had where I got to see him calm, 100% involved and asking all sorts of good questions. We left with no tears and I was SO proud and happy! Such a great environment, all of the staff was super kind and friendly. He has told me a few times that he really liked this dentist.
