I was very disappointed in my customer service experience with Robson Family Dental. I scheduled an appointment over a month in advance and was called upwards of 6 times during that month as several different people kept asking for my insurance information. I also tried to say multiple times that I am transgender and prefer to be called "Valerie" and was still dead-named in every interaction I had with this company. I simply ended up cancelling my appointment when they said I would have to pay out-of-pocket despite having valid insurance.

If only I could give ZERO STARS!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! CHAIRSIDE MANNER!!!!!!! Drove 2 hours for my fiancé to see the dentist for an emergency and have a tooth pulled. He was there for less than 10 mins. Didnt look in his mouth. Didnt pull his tooth. Argued with him over his very active dental insurance. Then charged him $120 for 2 xrays when xrays are covered. They literally did nothing. He has been coming here for over 30 yrs since before the current dentist took over. This is an absolute shame, that you would treat your life long patients like that.

VERY rude and unfriendly receptionist. Called to simply have my x-rays transferred to a new dentist and I was questioned and hounded by her about my mother’s balance from years ago like it was my responsibility to pay for it. Information that should have remained confidential. First off, she tried to scam me and said the outstanding balance was under my name.. Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent behavior.
