My first visit to MI SMILES DENTAL was amazing. They were very compassionate and explained every thing to me well. I can’t wait to work with them moving forward.

It was a great and pleasant experience. They made us feel comfortable we was explained everything shown the problem not just told. And came up with a plan to fix those problems. Great dental office. Great people also polite.

Please read all the negative posts. My experience mirrored their experiences and then some. There is something wrong there. Went in for an exam and follow up work. Would be told how much I’m going to owe at next visit and it would be much higher. Was told I would owe $700 at next visit and it ended up being over $1200. And she wanted it all right there and then. When I told her I wasn’t prepared for that total right then and she tells me you said you were prepared to pay today. I had to tell the dental assistant on 2 different occasions to put their mask on while working in my mouth. After all the work was done I was still in pain. I had to go in 3 different times for a month before they finally realized I needed a root canal. When it was done and I needed to go back to get the bridge repaired after the root canal. I called 2 different times with no answer and no voice mail to leave a message so I texted them on the same line they texted me and still no response. Keep in mind I’m still in pain. So I call again the next week and she tells me she won’t be able to get me in for 8 days. After much begging she found an appointment for the next day. I go in and she hands me an invoice for about $250 for the bridge repair. I did not know it was going to be that much and asked her if I had to pay it all today. She said absolutely we need payment in full today. I have already paid them quite a bit of money out of my pocket and have been going in the office a lot but nope they wouldn’t work with me so I asked for my medical records and walked out. In response to your post, you didn’t want to work with me when I was in your office so why would I call you now mi smiles?!!

Had a very positive experience with Dr Zweir and his assistant Radames. They were patient, understanding, knowledgeable and very comforting. Best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist!

MI Smiles bought my former dentists practice, and I wish my former dentist didn’t retire. I don’t know if this is new dental practice or what, but the hygienist polished my teeth first (caked on the paste and didn’t ask what flavor I wanted) and then used the water pick after before using thr scraper. She didn’t use enough water to rinse and then dentist came in the middle of the cleaning where I’m used to them coming at the very end. Not the best, but not terrible either.
