The doctor and assistant performed well. Was a little disappointed having to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time, but I understand procedures don’t always go as planned. Overall, I am pleased with my new bridge implant.

5 years ago I had a very good experience. So I came back for more works a couple of months ago. It’s been nothing but issues since. They have changed staff and the previous staff was much more knowledgeable. I worked with Dr. Gina this time and have had so many issues and bone spurs with 7 teeth getting pulled. 5 years ago I had 16 done and not a single bone spur or issue so I have to assume the dentist is the issue. Dr. Miller was very good but he runs the show so doesn’t do much of the work anymore. If you can go somewhere else with a more experienced dentist and hygienist I would.

Don’t waste your time or money here. I had my first appointment here back in December because I was having pain with my wisdom teeth. They told me they needed to get pulled out and sent in information to my insurance so I could get the appointment set up. A couple weeks later I got the paperwork back from my insurance and they failed to send in the X-rays so my insurance said they wouldn’t cover any of it without the X-rays. I personally went up there and showed them the paperwork and told them my insurance needs the x-rays a total of 3 times until they finally called my insurance in front of me and my insurance told her the exact thing I had said the 3 times. Finally the lady said she was sending in the X-rays. Fast forward to now I had not heard back from my insurance nor the dentist so I gave the dentist a call and they told me to just set up the appointment and pay up front and they would bill my insurance and the insurance would probably pay me back. So I decided to set up the appointment because of how much pain I have been in since December. The surgery is over 600$ so I decided to call my insurance because I didn’t want to end up being screwed out of that kind of money. Just for my insurance to tell me that they wouldn’t pay me back because they still did not receive the X-rays from my dentist. So I called the dentist back because why are they having so many problems sending in my X-rays?? The lady I talked to the second time was very rude. She said I never even sat up an appointment because they need to hear back from my insurance first. So I told her that my insurance needs the X-rays to which she said they probably don’t have my X-rays. Which I knew they had because I had a whole other problem with them trying to bill me for the X-rays after they had told me they would be free. Then the lady ended up just saying the office manager would just call me. I didn’t hear anything back from them so I called back today and told her the same thing, that my X-rays need to be sent to my insurance. The lady said the office manager is busy with other people so she will call me when she can. Do they not get that I have been in horrible pain for months now?? What is so hard about sending my X-rays to my insurance??At this point I don’t even want to deal with them anymore. Nothing but issues with them.

Absolutely love my new Dentures, I feel so much more comfortable with smiling and eating. The folks at the Alpine ave. store are awesome, made sure that I was comfortable and informed me of every step of the process. After my nightmare with my first set from my Dentist, I have no doubt that going to Aspen was the right decision. Thank You all at the Alpine ave. store, you’ve given me a new outlook on life!
