I left my appointment feeling pretty well dismissed. Tomorrow is my last day on antibiotics for a tooth infection and the antibiotics have had very little if any impact on the swelling and infection. I asked if there was a plan for this, or what to expect, but I was given no answers. . . Just scheduled for April 23rd, over a month from now, for extraction. . . Left with an unresolved tooth infection with no path forward until April. This doesn’t feel right at all, I’m going to wind up in the hospital. Also, the dentist I saw today, DEFINITELY leaves a lot to be desired in terms of bedside manner. Came accross as very judgey, very cold, and really not very kind. I like the stocking office, but I don’t feel as though this office AT ALL is concerned with my LIFE, at all. Very confusing visit. And I did ask questions, that are left unanswered. They get two stars for getting me in to be seen quickly but that’s it.

I’m so grateful I found 616 Dental studio! The entire staff is extremely kind and personable; Dr. Cid is so friendly, along with every single hygienist and customer service representative. The studios are both clean and well looked after. I also really appreciate how they are extremely helpful with navigating insurance questions. I would recommend this studio to anyone!

THE BEST! Dr. Cid is not only very knowledgeable and professional, but also extremely kind. Like most people, I don’t enjoy dentist visits, but with 616 Dental, I kind of look forward to them! That’s how nice and welcoming they are. I’ve had several procedures done by Dr. Cid, and couldn’t be happier with the results. In addition, the dental hygienists are equally knowledgeable and have always been kind throughout my visits. This team makes the entire dental experience very positive!

I recommend 616 Dental Studio! Dr. Marcos Cid and his staff were awesome. They kept me informed on what they were doing and why. Two days ago was step 1 of getting an implant. They made sure all X-rays were perfect and the process was really pain free. Thank you Dr. Marcos along with his assistants Jake and Skylar.
