I am not sure what all the other comments are about, but we had zero issues at this office. The procedure was quick, the staff was competent, and the doctor was professional. As far as insurance, we have semi-complex billing with two Delta policies. Everything was in financial order well ahead of the procedure. The day of the procedure, the staff provided adequate supplies to care for my son at home. The office even called a few hours after discharge to check in on my son. I’d recommend 💯.

I have ATTEMPTED to go here on two seperate occasions, needless to say I won’t make that mistake again and would never recommend them for MANY reasons. Their front desk staff are incompetent and rude. On my first visit for my consultation for wisdom tooth extraction I was told that my insurance information would be figured out by them and they would get back to me within 2 weeks. It wasn’t until a month and a half later that they contacted me. At this point I had already decided to not go to them considering they were unreliable. Back up to when I was in their office for my consultation a grown man came in crying because he was in pain. He was begging them to do something to help him. He said this pain had lasted weeks after they told him that she should expect and that this was his third time in their office for this issue and they weren’t doing anything to help him. They were very insensitive in handling the situation. I ended up going to Dr. Rosema who was AMAZING!! His staff was amazing as well. I was nervous about the operation and they assured me on the phone as well as when I was in their office that I was in good hands, unlike Dr. Schultz staff, and they were so right! Quick and painless. Now I am in need of another wisdom tooth being removed and long story short I can’t get into Dr. Rosemas office as soon as I would like so I thought I would give Dr. Schultz another shot. When I called to try to set up an appointment the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there for ANY reason. Very unprofessional.

Had a tooth pulled in January and still waiting for them to bill my insurance. Had to pay upfront and even after dozens of calls to them and even calling the insurance company myself they still haven't successfully filed the claim. I will never go here again and highly recommend against using their services.
