First time going and excited for next visit. Everyone made us feel important by talking Thur the visit. My son is autistic and he enjoyed doing to dentist. He can stop talking about it. The doctor explained everything to our son that was age development. The doctor allowed our son touch the tools he was going used. The doctor explained each step.

I attempted to schedule two new patient appointments today and the receptionist on the phone made me aware they are booked out until November (which is completely okay). Unfortunately because one of my kids do not have insurance at the moment (due to insurance mess up on their end), the receptionist told me “I don’t want to hold spots up for other kids who have insurance” which should never be said instead she should have asked if I am willing to pay out of pocket if insurance issues are not resolved in that timely manner. I have no problem paying out of pocket, my kids need to see a dentist to make sure their teeth are healthy. It’s not ideal but whatever needs to happen. Unfortunately I felt very uncomfortable un-welcomed and like my kids are not important.

I had my daughters first appointment today and the staff was super friendly. Dr. LaDue was informative and helpful with making sure my daughter felt comfortable. Would highly recommend this office. First impressions were above and beyond.

Dr.LaDau and his staff are wonderful. My daughter had special needs they were very understanding. She needed to get dental work done she had to go to the hospital to get it done. It was a year in the making but as soon as got LaDau got the privilege to work I. The hospital he got her in fast and and did all the work that needed to be done he even called me personally to check on her. I would highly recommend this dentist and his staff for your child or children.

My daughter had her very first visit to a dentist about a week ago. The whole staff was amazing! I came across them while looking for a dentist with immediate openings when my child was in pain. They went above and beyond , even offered a list of places that may be able to help if they couldn’t. They put me on the cancellation call list and had her scheduled in a couple of days. I appreciate the empathy of the office staff during my time of need and the extent Dr. LaDue goes to make sure everyone is comfortable and understands what is going on. I read the reviews after scheduling and was so nervous. I thought she would leave with silver teeth lol . She was cavity free! This the place for my children!
