Dr. Heinz and staff were wonderful. Today was the day that our 15 year old daughter got her braces off. Her teeth look amazing, and she has a confident feel. Happy for her and grateful for Dr. Heinz and his assistants’ work. The nice desk girls were kind putting up with my basketball talk while we checked in. We’ll be back with our youngest in a couple of years!

Everyone has been amazingly great with service, communication, scheduling and a Smooth experience!! My first encounter with Shonyah at the front desk was sweet! She had a big smile and was very respectful!! Mikayla was great for my initial appointment and we became best friends.. Besties for life. Ha Tagan and Dr. Heinz put on my braces and they were great. They helped me feel comfortable and relaxed through the entire process which I really appreciate!! I hope others read this review and choose Heinz as their Ortho team because who they will not be disappointed! Trust me, All Facts!! I want to give a special thanks for Jules for her great communication and tour of the Heinz Shop!! Jules has been the point of contact for me and she has been amazing wonderful through my entire process and scheduling and ongoing communication!! Thank you so much Jules!!! You da best!!!
