I filled out an online request for appointment as a new patient with insurance that they take. I even advised of the three teeth and the numbers of the teeth as I was advised by VA dentist and what was needed. After 3 days without receiving a reply to confirm appointment either by email or phone call I then called and left a message regarding the appointment. I have yet to receive any reply so I called another dentist in Gainesville and made my appointment. I really don’t know why they didn’t call back as I confirmed they still take my insurance but I assume they don’t need new patients.

The service was adequate. The reason I am giving them a one star is they drop our insurance . They didn’t bother to inform us . I had a dental emergency and now I have to a find another

Very pleasant experience. Entire staff is Exceptional! Like most I’ve never been one that likes to go to the dentist…but these folks go out of there way to make it a pleasant experience!

Horrible! While having a cleaning the hygienist noticed I was in discomfort and continued the procedure. Afterwards the receptionist noticed a patient in pain and acted accordingly. I was sent home with an ice pack and an prescription for Tylenol 4 for pain. There were no repercussions as the hygienist is a family member of the Dentist.

The nicest group of ladies you would ever want to meet. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist until i started going there. They make you feel comfortable and treat you like you are somebody...unlike most dentist that see you as more money in their pocket and try to rush you out the door. Thanks again ladies and i will see you soon.
