Very kind and helpful here. Without CHC, I wouldn’t have any access to health care and medicine. So I am very blessed and thankful for them. Dr. Contreras, Anna ans all the folks at Catherine’s listen and work with you to achieve better health! I highly recommend the Women’s Program here.

My experience with this clinic has been nothing but frustrating . I’m a new patient and when I express frustrating thats a understatement the nurse Janet should be fired the office is unorganized my test was lost and I called multiple times to check on results and was told the test didn’t come back yet for a entire week then when I come for my appointment I finally was told the truth that the test was never sent in I’ve been to 3 appointment to get my medication in the pass month and still haven’t received my prescription the only nice thing I have to say about this doctor office is the office manager is very helpful but the staff underneath him doesn’t do thier job I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to my worst enemy thats how bad it is it probably once was a good clinic but now absolutely not go somewhere else save ur self the stress they will put you through

I just established care with this practice and I’ve had two appointments, one with the PCP and another with the staff psychiatrist. I mainly came here to establish psychiatric care, and Godfrey took the time to review my records, his notes, and genuinely listened to my concerns and acted like he actually cares about my problems, going through each issue individually and addressing them one by one. I really appreciate the decorum of all of the staff here.

Literally the best doctors office I’ve been to. I’ve been going there for 7+ years. Now they see children so I get to keep my family all in one in office. I see Megan there and she is so caring and always wanting the best for her patients.

I have had two appointments since I was referred to CHC, the first to register and afterward given an appointment with the dentist to start what is needed. At each visit, Alma, and the staff, have given me the best service in every way. My dentist Dr. Sam S??? knows what he is doing along with Chris, the dental assistant. I’m really glad that my wife and I were able to be eligible for the dental work that has to be done, and my wife will also be needing work done here. We are two retired people who live in Grand Haven and driving to and from home is also enjoyable.
