They never answer the phone!!!!! I’ve been waiting to speak with someone for 11 mins. Just to get a automatic voicemail saying leave a message and we’ll return ur call within 24 hours. That’s false advertisement because the company offers walkins. Absolutely ridiculous.

Walked in at around 1pm for a emergency walk in. By 3:15pm they had me in the back and the tooth extracted. Friendly and helpful staff up front. Easy process. Great staff in the back. Thanks to The dentist that walked me through pulling the tooth and process.

I had a dental emergency and they were able to fit me in right away. Dr M was honest, gentle, and professional. He pulled the tooth with no problem. Staff was great also. I highly recommend this place.

I just left the Health Center, the dental office. I have always enjoyed professional, caring and knowledgeable care by great people! Today Tara was my hygienist and she is the best! Many thanks for your service. Tell your boss you deserve a pay raise!

Find somewhere else if possible. They are booked months out, and I needed a referral to get my wisdom teeth out at u of m. U of m called me the night before my appointment saying they never got my X-rays from cherry st. Thought that was weird because I called cherry st the previous week and the lady at the desk said the X-rays would be sent over. I called cherry st back and they said I needed a ROI signed first. That would have been nice to know when I called the first time last week, and not the date of my appointment I’ve been waiting for 3 months now. Lack of communication. Also, was a fight to even get on the phone with them. I will be finding a different dentist.
