Not long after Dr. Kevin fixed my chipped front tooth, it chipped off again. I went back in to have it replaced and he fixed it, but didn’t offer me a mirror to look at it. I didn’t think much of this but then when I caught a look in my car rear view mirror, I was quite embarrassed by how uneven it was. I scheduled an appointment to have it replaced and he was not apologetic at all and even mentioned that it doesn’t matter that they’re uneven because I should just get crowns anyway..and my teeth aren’t unhealthy. During the process of reattaching the chip of my front tooth, he started grinding down my other even front tooth to match the uneven one, and I had to stop him. It was not a fun experience. And now a few months after getting the chip reattached it has fallen off again! I’m very upset with this, especially because I’ve chipped both of my front teeth now, and the one that I chipped and had replaced in kindergarten is still attached and lovely, while the one I had fixed at Steven’s office has fallen off twice and was uneven to start with.
