My experience with Aspen Dental keep going down hill. If I could turn back the hands of time and put my teeth back in my mouth I would. I truly believe you get what you paid for. I’m big on good customer service and I believe you get what you paid for; however Kentwood 28th Street Aspen Dental has horrible customer service skills. I arrive early and I still have to wait. No explanation from the staff why I’m waiting while staff is screaming and yelling to each other about everything and everybody under the sun. Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!!

Overall an awesome experience. Just loved everyone there that I interacted with. Went in because of a broken tooth. They fixed it within a hours. I just had a short wait. I liked that they gave me options and a plan to take care of my dental health.

To tell you how much I highly recommend Aspen Dental I was willing to pay out of pocket for their service since they do not take my insurance. I have been seen at an office that does take my insurance and they offer like a 3rd of the care that Aspen Dental gives. At my previous office I felt like they could care less about my care and acted like I was a burden on them. At Aspen they treat you like an old friend they haven’t seen in a while. I felt like I was receiving top level care. They made sure I left knowledgeable about what I need to do for my health. If your someone looking to be seen without insurance I would still recommend. My exam and x ray was free. And they were up front about what my treatment was gonna cost. And they helped me set up financing. I’m not one to really leave reviews so the fact that I’m leaving a review speaks highly of them.
