This is no longer Dr. Osenieks office nor is it the patient focus that we had grown used to. We were told during our regular cleaning that they were still honoring insurance that Dr. O had, so we proceeded with our appointment. Weeks later, we received a sizable bill and were told after further review, our insurance was now "out-of-network." I sent a letter to the new Dr. asking him to honor the terms that we agreed to during our appointment in the hopes that this was done in error, and the response not only stated that it was not done in error, but that the bill stands, and to "please understand what is best for our practice." My recommendation would be to look elsewhere.

I’m currently in the waiting room of my new dentist (we moved so I had to switch) and it is making me miss Dr. O and staff. I loved going to this dentist office. Everything went the way you would hope- billing, timely, efficient and a kind and knowledgeable staff. Dr. O has a kind and patient personality and it makes going to the dentist a positive experience….Even for fillings!

Best dentist office in Grand Rapids! The whole staff is kind and so nice! I am scared of needles and they always help comfort me so I do not have a panic attack! They do quality work and care for your needs!

Absolutely love coming here to get my teeth checked. Mark is very kind and made my first visit very comforting describing what problems were and were not evident with my teeth and gum line.
