Alpine Ridge Dental: Sunil Desai DDS

I have always been incredibly impressed with Dr Desai and the entire staff at Alpine Ridge Dental, but now more than ever I feel that it is important to share my experience in this COVID environment. I recently visited his office for a chipped tooth and I could not have felt more safe and comfortable than I did! Dr Desai and his staff have taken EVERY PRECAUTION possible for the health and safety of their patients. Prior to arrival, the receptionist advised me of what to expect upon arrival. I was greeted at the door by a masked receptionist who immediately took my temperature and asked that I use the hand sanitizer that they provided. I was asked a series of COVID screening questions as well. The hygienists are spacing their appointments further than before to avoid patient crossover and to allow each room to be used less frequently. The Dr. and the Hygienists all wear additional masks and shields and the reception team now speaks to you from behind a glass partition. If you are at all hesitant to visit the dentist due to COVID, please don’t be if you are a patient of Dr. Desai. This team was already exceptional but they are now extraordinary. :)

Alpine Ridge Dental and Dr. Desai are very friendly and professional in all they do. I have been Dr. Desai’s patient for many years. I am impressed with his willingness to spend time with me and explain exactly, in terms I understand, all that he and his assistants are going to do. I highly recommend Alpine Ridge Dental!

Dr Desai and his staff are AMAZING! I have been a patient/customer for many years, but just last week I had my first ever "tooth emergency" where out of the blue I had a tooth become very painful, even to smallest touch of ANYTHING. It happened late Sunday, and at 9am Monday morning Dr Desai made room to see me. A quick diagnosis, he made a referral to an endodontics specialist at 10:45am. Endodontist does a root canal and by noon that same day, I am on my way home feeling human again. The staff is incredible, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend their practice.

The entire staff at Alpine Ridge Dental goes above and beyond to make the experience a pleasant one. Front office staff is friendly and helpful. Hygiene appointments are thorough and educational. Dr. Desai and Kami are a great team. They let you know what to expect before starting any procedure and keep you informed along the way. And Dr. is a perfectionist! The office is spotless and a pleasant place to be.

The Doctor and staff are very friendly. They communicate with you throughout the entire dental process. They made sure I was not feeling any discomfort, and that my bite was right after my Crown was put in. I have nothing but good things to say.
