I really appreciate how they communicate and work with their patients. Going to the dentist can be seen as annoying or scary if you have a big procedure coming up, but the kind folks at Byron Center Family Dental ease any worries and make going to the dentist an efficient, welcoming, and hospitable experience. I really appreciate how they work you in with their scheduling too, just fantastic.

I highly recommend Dr. Patel and her team! Due to my dentist of 30 years retiring, I have been struggling to find a replacement that is a good fit. In the past few years, I have become apprehensive and anxious about dental visits due to a few unpleasant experiences elsewhere. It was a sigh of relief to find Dr. Patel and her crew. Everyone in the office was so friendly and supportive. All steps were explained to me & I did not feel rushed. My hygienist was so gentle and considerate. I noticed they have an option for those without dental insurance also. I feel confident about my dental plan going forward and actually was smiling on my way out!!

Had to switch offices due to insurance changes... I love the dentist anyhow, but this office is INCREDIBLE! Loved the digital pre-visit paperwork (I was able to get it all complete before my first visit), the welcoming atmosphere, my hygienist was helpful and competent and I think Dr Patel was great to. Everyone in the office is wonderful, really. I’m VERY HAPPY with my change and looking forward to maintaining a mega-watt smile with Byron Center Family Dental. *thumbs up

Took my 2yr old daughter here for her very first dentist appointment. Staff from the first desk to the back were super nice. My daughter was feeling a little nervous and antsy but the staff were gentle and made her feel super comfortable. No long wait in the lobby. We were literally in and out in 20 minutes for a basic check up. Going to keep them as our Dental providers.

Lots of knowledge and friendly staff. Lots of technology and they were able to answer any and all questions I had about what was covered by my insurance policy while my previous dentist would always tell me they would call me regarding this and then consistently forget. I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!
