I recently had my first appointment at Grand Rapids dental partners and let me just say they exceeded my expectations. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and then shortly after I was brought back into the clinic where I met Amy and Dr. Smith, they both walked me through the procedure and calmed my nerves. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for one, such an intelligent and kind team!

This office has really gone downhill which is unfortunate. They used to be my go to recommended dental office in Grand Rapids. However, after having my cleaning cancelled out from under me due to staffing issues and then not having a new appointment to offer me for 6-8 weeks, I was already less than thrilled. I decided to give them one more chance, and took that appointment, despite the extended wait. I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early and checked in. I then sat in their waiting room until 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with no communication from the front desk. It wasn’t until I called another dentist’s office while still in their waiting room that I even got so much as a glance from the receptionist. Left feedback on their Facebook page, was blocked immediately. Zero communication skills. Zero patient retention efforts. I’ll take my time and money where it’s valued.

I have seen Melanie as the hygienist for my last two cleanings and I can not say enough good things about her! Melanie is incredibly friendly, kind, and SO gentle while cleaning my teeth and they felt so clean afterwards as well! Definitely requested to see her again next time. Thank you Melanie!!!!

Amber is an amazing hygienist. She takes time to get to know her patients, and make them feel comfortable. I had no choice but to bring my 2 boys along with me ages 2 and 5. Amber welcomed them with open arms, and I cannot thank her enough, as well as the rest of the staff. Thank you from this tired mama with clean teeth thanks to you! No pain after the dentist is incredible thanks to her gentle hands!
