Great place for dental care. They are professional and courteous. First visit was phenomenal and don’t care to go anywhere else for my dental hygiene. Highly suggest and quick appointments here. While others have month long waiting periods.

The people are great. But when I made the appointment over the phone(new customer) I was understanding that I was going to get my tooth pulled on my visit. Under alot of pain. Then at the time I thought that it was going to happen they said they are booked 3 months out. I took 50 min drive to get there and then stayed over an hour just to be told that they can’t..... But they did try to call a couple of places but no luck. Just very disappointed and still in pain. I hope in the future when talking to customers, they know what they are setting the appointments for and not wasting the customers time when they need an emergency tooth pulled, because they can call other places to try to get in. Don’t advertise emergency dentist if you can’t do the urgent care right there. Tooth pain doesn’t care.

Waste of time. Left sitting alone repeatedly & while sitting there I could hear all the conversation with other patients. Personal info etc. Was very very disappointed. I feel they only agreed to see me so they could bill me. They didn’t help me at all after saying they could which was the only reason I made the appointment. It was a huge mistake. I never should have been there & never will be again. I will warn people to NEVER go to Aspen Dental.

What a joke! It’s amazing to me how a company with so many complaints but yet not registering with the BBB can be in business! I was lied to by the OM Karen Stewart and when I asked for my ledger for services rendered I supposed to have gum disease according to the charge for periodontal maintenance! No I had a cleaning that is 100% coverage under my insurance! On top of that I get invoices in mail stating one amount and yet get a verbal different amount. I made a couple of 100 dollars payments in March this year and again your ledger does not reflect that. When you walk into this business your asked for money up front before they even allow you to go to the back, but yet when Aspen dental makes an error they stall you out! Your liars and if you had my best interest at heart why be so SHADY!!!!! Never going back

Woow! This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. Everyone is a joy and made me feel very comfortable. I even had a good laugh with the dental hygienist, and I’ve never laughed at the dentist office before!! They are getting me in and fixing the issues with my teeth in just 24 hours after my first appointment! Well worth the 50 minute commute for such awesome service!
