I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in over 2 years but Chelsea at Lansing Elite did an absolutely amazing job. She was very gentle & considerate of any pain, although I had none! Was in and out within an hour. Great customer service as well, would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!

We became patients about 3 years ago at Lansing Elite and it has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a dentistry practice. Little did we know, this place had just come under NEW ownership and took the positive reviews from Dr Hagerty, the previous owner. First and foremost, the main issues with them all stem from billing and a HUGE lack of communication skills with customers. No matter what kind of insurance you have or tell them they have, they will do whatever they want and add little things to your "cleanings" and try to bill your insurance leaving you with the bills and having to dispute charges afterwords... When you go in for a service, before ANYTHING is ever done it needs to be CONFIRMED as covered by a customers insurance BEFOREHAND. Instead this place will do the exact opposite and then try to blame a customers insurance afterwards, normally after they send you a HUGE bill. If a customers insurance does not cover something, there is literally NO reason a service should be rendered. This is where the unprofessionalism of the front desk / office employees comes in, as when you call to try and get things figured out they will be often rude, pass the buck to other employees, will never call you back, and in several cases have HUNG UP on my insurance company when they tried to call and get things sorted. If you are reading this and looking for a new dentist, don’t expect a smooth experience and don’t let those reviews fool you. I know Elite reads their reviews , just know if you guys don’t do something about how that place is being run, you can expect to lose many more customers in the near future.

My mother had Monica for first time and my mother said Monica is the best because nobody else gave her the excellent services she got from Monica. Albany was the front desk receptionist.She is amazing: very professional and gently. My family and I, we are very satisfied with the services of the clinic

The staff were very friendly but the dentist was amazing! He talked me through the treatment and was so genuine. I felt he really cared about my priorities and valued what was important to me. I have been searching for a while and I am so excited to share that I have found our family dentist!

I always choose and recommend Elite Dental, and it’s largely due to the outstanding care provided by Dr. Z and his assistant, Greg. Not only are they thorough in their work, but they also genuinely listen and remember personal tidbits from past visits. Their compassionate and non-judgmental approach has truly set them apart. I’ve had past dental experiences that left me anxious, but Dr. Z and Greg have always been both understanding and accommodating. Their dedication clearly goes beyond just a paycheck; it’s evident they are passionate about their profession.
